"I think this wedding could not have happened without her! Maegan and her assistant made the day go by so smoothly. From set-up to take-down, she was there, making it all happen exactly how I envisioned it. Set up of candles on the round tables, place cards, guestbook, the orange-themed bar/lounge area (she even made an extra trip to West Seattle to pick up the orange tigerlilies I forgot to bring day of), orange bowls of swedish fish set up, tons of lanterns flanking the entrance to name a few of the things she took care of. In addition to making sure things happened when they needed to (cake cutting, toasts, etc) she dealt with things that I didn't know about until later (caterer issues). From the countless meetings to the rehearsal, she was there, reassuring that things would all get done and would work out. And on the day of the wedding, they did! Even my mother remarked later that all of the vendors, she was the most essential. I even had friends mention, post-wedding, that she was so on it, headset and all!"
